Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pets Lab.co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Your Order
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our standard shipping time is 5 business days after the order has been processed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within Malaysia. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Pets Lab.co does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address during checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pets Lab.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Pets Lab.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on location. If any products are restricted in your area, we will notify you before shipping.
